Payment Terms

• A deposit is required immediately upon acceptance of the quote to secure and schedule works.

• The remaining balance is payable in full upon completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All payments must be made via the agreed payment method prior to handover of the completed project.

Scheduling & Access

• Scheduled dates are provisional and subject to weather conditions, product curing times, and site access.

• The client must ensure clear, safe, and uninterrupted access to the work area for the duration of the project.

• Delays caused by restricted access, site conditions, or client-requested changes may result in rescheduling and additional costs.

Variations

• Any variations to the scope of works requested after acceptance of the quote will be discussed and priced separately.

• Variations must be approved by the client before additional works commence.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

• Deck restoration works are weather dependent. Rain, extreme heat, humidity, or unsuitable conditions may delay works to ensure product performance and finish quality.

• The business will not be liable for delays caused by adverse weather or environmental factors.

Care & Maintenance

• Once works are completed, the client is responsible for following any care and maintenance instructions provided.

• Damage caused by foot traffic, furniture placement, pets, water exposure, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines is not covered.

Existing Conditions

• Timber decks may have pre-existing issues including rot, movement, splitting, cupping, or staining that may not be fully correctable.

• The business is not responsible for underlying structural defects unless explicitly stated in the scope of works.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the project once scheduled, as materials, time, and labour allocation may have occurred.

• If cancellation occurs prior to scheduling, the deposit may be refunded minus any costs
